Sign up, connect your site, and verify it — a snippet on your homepage or a DNS record. Your site then gets $10 of concierge credit every month, with no card required. It is once per domain each month.

An optional setting in Usage → Manage. When your balance drops below the amount you choose, we charge your saved card for the top-up you set, up to a monthly limit. If a charge fails, auto top-up stops and we email you — the chat keeps running on the credit you have.

Replies pause on that site until credit comes back — when you add funds, when auto top-up charges, or when your monthly credit renews. Earlier chats stay, and we email you when the chat pauses. A site that runs on your own AI key keeps answering; only images and virtual try-on pause.

Sales through your own store’s checkout carry no fee from us. Products you sell through Flows with Stripe carry a 2% platform fee, plus Stripe’s processing fees.

Yes. Cancel from Usage → Manage plan, or from Wix or Shopify if that is how you pay. You keep the plan’s credit until the period ends, then it does not renew. Funds you added stay on the site.

You can move up from Lite to Pro or Scale at any time. We charge the difference for the rest of the cycle. To move down, cancel at period end and start the smaller pack, or wait for the cycle to turn.
